The first in the series is now available – featuring an interview with Dr Ronald Dulek, the John R. Miller Professor of Management at the University of Alabama.
Dennis W. Shuler
An experienced senior-level human resources executive, Dennis has over three decades of business experience specialising in strategy development and deployment, building high performance organisations and with large-scale mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He has worked at some of the world’s most admired companies, across multiple industry sectors, as Chief Human Resources Officer for Walt Disney, Kellogg, Scripps Networks Interactive and NXP Semiconductors. In addition, he held senior executive positions at Procter and Gamble in the United States and the United Kingdom. Currently, Dennis serves as Executive Chairman of Kinetic Consulting NA and President, Core Strengths Management Consulting in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dr. Ronald E. Dulek
Dr. Ronald Dulek is the John R. Miller Professor of Management at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama with a B.A, M.A. and Ph.D. from Purdue University. In addition to teaching business strategy and MBA communications, Prof. Dulek has co-authored numerous books and published more than 40 journal articles. One of his books “The Elements of Business Communication” was the number one bookseller on Executive Booklists at Prentice – Hall, Houghton – Mifflin and Macmillan Publishing. He has also twice served as associate editor for the Journal of Business Communications. Ron has worked extensively in the areas of business strategy and managerial communication with the following companies: Adtran, Chevron, Energen, IBM, Kimberly Clark Corporation, Mercedes Benz International, Region’s Bank Corporation, and Stora Enso.
