At Kinetic Consulting, we are so convinced in the power of combining vision and action that we have developed our own model, reflecting how we apply this concept to our work with clients.
Today’s business world is massively complex. Complexity, when properly understood, can create a competitive edge. There is nothing to be gained in taking a simplistic view. We believe in a pragmatic approach to understanding the layers and complexity of an organisation in order to solve existing problems and ensure success.
Basically, we don’t bombard you with theory and then leave. We work with you, we join the team and facilitate, we help understand problems and then we help implement solutions. We bring Vision And Action
The premise of the Kinetic Model is to facilitate change so that you reach winning effectiveness.

The model involves 2 disciplines:
Thinking: we analyse the decision process
Doing: we work with you on the implementation process
These 2 disciplines can be broken down into the 6 steps depicted above, which will form the basis of our analysis. The crux of the model is a critical inflection point where we help you move from divergence to convergence, and from convergence to amplification. As an action-centered model, it includes interaction with the ‘External World’, and feedback to remain viable.
For each of the six steps, we bring you tools that help solve problems and implement solutions, thus allowing you to move to the next stage. Some examples:
Option Creation. Our tool: “Courses of Action” Structuring.
We coach you through understanding the issues in order to frame the choices. We facilitate brainstorming the possible options, and help you to identify “what needs to be true” in order to execute each option. Then choices can be made.
Communication. Our tool: Strategy ‘Cascade’. We apply the Mission Execution format at each level of the organisation (Global, Country, Department) to arrive at a Work Plan on an individual level.
Enabling. Our tools: Organisation Structure and Training. We help you to create the right structure and processes in your organisation to support your strategy. We propose training at appropriate levels to address the challenges of the new structure.
Execution. Our tool: “Strategy Tracking”. By measuring the success of implementation of each initiative that supports the strategy, you have tangible facts to work with.
