  • Decision-making : how are decisions made, by whom, are they final?
  • Structure : how are teams structured, both formally and informally?
  • Leadership : what style of leadership is valued, what kind of leadership is applied (operational/strategic), how does the management team view its role, how does it communicate?
  • People : how are talents developed, do people have the skills to do their job, how do people collaborate, how are conflicts handled?
