Will HoggWill graduated with a first class joint honours degree from Southampton University. He then attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, passing out in the top 10 of his intake, before completing a mix of operational and training assignments. Building on this background, he spent 10 years with Procter & Gamble, working primarily in the regional health and beauty business units. Will’s last role before joining Kinetic Consulting was as a Global HR Director for P&G Professional Hair Care, with full functional responsibility for 10,000 employees in 40 countries |

Gus Newby GrantAngus is a specialist in team development and leadership, based on over 12 years as a line manager and most recently as a consultant. This experience includes training and development work in a broad range of industry sectors, with governmental infrastructure projects and in the British Army (Training & Active Service). In the latter he was recognised for achieving best in class training results with an Officer Training Unit at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and promoted to major at the earliest opportunity. Before joining the Kinetic team in 2008 he was working as a freelance team development and leadership consultant. |

Emmanuelle SavoieEmmanuelle graduated from Geneva University with a Degree in Psychology followed by higher level studies in the fields of Psychology and Human Resources. Following that, she built on her theoretical knowledge with broad HR experience in several “bluechip” companies. Specifically, she has worked at country, Western European and Global level, becoming expert in Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Business partnership, Merger & Acquisition integration, Team effectiveness and Executive Coaching. Emmanuelle’s excellence within function is recognised across the Swiss HR community, where (at the age of 31) she was unanimously elected by 62 companies as the President of the Association of Multinational Companies. Immediately prior to joining Kinetic, Emmanuelle held the position of Western Europe HR initiative leader for Procter & Gamble. |

Alex CongdonAfter graduating as an Engineer from Durham University Alex joined the management systems division in Procter & Gamble where he served for 8 years in Italy, Germany and UK. During this time he led a number of global technology enabled business transformation programs, roles that he developed further after leaving P&G. His strong entrepreneurial skills then saw him leading business start-ups in telecoms, real-estate and ecommerce before joining Kinetic Consulting in 2010 where, in addition to consulting & training on High Performance Organisations, he leads the Kinetic Services practice. Peter ChapmanPeter graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in French and Russian, before attending the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and serving on operations in Bosnia and Northern Ireland. He went on to Procter and Gamble where he undertook a series of sales and marketing roles at the UK and European levels, culminating as the sales team leader for a UK retailer account. Peter then joined Coca-Cola Enterprises to lead their Shopper Marketing team, and his last project before joining Kinetic Consulting was to build and launch the first Virtual Store facility in the global Coke business. |

Gary WrightGary studied History and Management at the University of Glasgow and graduated with a Masters of Arts (Honours). He attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst before gaining the award of Top Student on the demanding selection course to become an officer in the Parachute Regiment. Following numerous operational roles including Iraq and Afghanistan, Gary served at the UK Defence Academy where he facilitated leadership, strategy and planning activities for Army senior management. Before joining Kinetic Consulting, he worked for a prestigious global architectural organisation as a Director of Business Development MENA and as Managing Director of its Russian Federation business. Gary has successfully completed his MBA. |

Tobias MahrA native German, Tobias has lived and worked for more than half of his 25 years of professional experience as an HR leader outside his home country. He has a track record of achievements as a senior HR Business Partner in all areas of HR with leading FMCG companies like Procter & Gamble and Gillette. Bringing strategic leadership and a practical approach together, Tobias has successfully lead HR in multiple senior roles across diverse multi-cultural environments in Europe, the United States, Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and India. His particular area of expertise – and passion – is Talent and Leadership development, both in terms of implementation of systems and individual coaching, as well as leading culture and organisational change initiatives within a diverse environment. Tobias leads Kinetic’s HR consulting practice. |

He is recognised as a top-level executive coach, lead facilitator and expert in organisational development, change management and inter-cultural management. |

Sasha Dzhuras-DottaSasha studied Languages and Literature at the Tavricheski University (Ukraine), followed by an MBA at the Open University UK where she completed her Marketing in a Complex World course with distinction. Sasha started her career as a tutor in a Naval College. After Perestroika she joined Procter and Gamble, where she spent 13 years, undertaking a series of sales and marketing roles, working mostly in Health and Beauty business units. Sasha’s last role before she joined Kinetic was Business Strategy Director at OgivlyAction, where she was driving a change management project on new go-to-consumer approaches for the agency’s third largest global client. Sasha’s passion lies in behavioral change and motivational communications. |
