Daniele has almost 30 years of global Human Resources Management and functional leadership experience developed by roles in Dow Chemical and Philip Morris International. His latest role before joining Kinetic was as CHRO at Philip Morris International, where prior to this he also led HR regional organisations in Latin America and the European Union.
Daniele has been involved in major complex business and functional transformations. Specifically, he has developed executive compensation strategies and implemented organisation capability building, succession planning and leadership development initiatives. He is passionate about making “talent” central to every organisation’s business agenda, as a critical source of competitive advantage.
