Irina has over 15 years of experience in cross-functional roles with top FMCG and luxury multinational companies. These include Mars, JTI and Bacardi in local, regional and global positions.
With a broad understanding of international markets, blue-chip marketing methods and financial acumen, Irina’s experience is in moving from consumer to commercialisation: identifying portfolio strategies and developing marketing plans that align brand strategies with business objectives. She is also a hands-on expert in distributors’ management in CIS, Eastern Europe and MEA.
Russian-Ukrainian by origin Irina has travelled to over 50 countries and worked globally. She speaks Russian, English and French fluently and has basic German.
