Working with multi-functional teams, Kenny devises and aligns strategic plans; supports their implementation and builds the required culture / capabilities within an organisation to deliver them.
Most of Kenny’s 15 years career has been as an HR business partner within a large multinational Company, working across categories and geographies. His expertise, based on experience initially developed as leader of a start-up and as Director of a mid-sized company, is on developing high performing organisations and supporting business leaders in their roles.
A skilled practitioner in Strategy Implementation, Organisation Culture and Coaching, Kenny is also a qualified MBTI trainer (specialising in conflict management and disruptive leadership behaviours). His open and inclusive style have made him a much respected leader at all levels of an organisation.
Immediately before joining Kinetic, Kenny was a Senior HR Leader for Procter & Gamble.
