Philippe’s corporate experience spans 30+ years across three major blue chip companies (Mars, Pfizer and Coty), leading Procurement Teams in fast paced, multi cultural environments. He has a track record for delivering procurement transformations and high-profile projects in a context of intense change, uncertainty and volatility with experience in different procurement operating models, from local to global organisations.
Prior to joining Kinetic, Philippe was leading the procurement transformation at Coty for 6+ years as their Chief Procurement Officer. He is recognised for developing a high-performing, engaged and scalable organisation, with strong talent, and achieving best-in-class performance – notably in Net Working Capital optimisation.
