Jean-Christophe Font joins Kinetic Consulting’s growing team of experienced senior leaders
Kinetic Consulting is pleased to announce that Jean-Christophe Font is joining the team. He will help to accelerate the development of the Organisation, Culture and People area within Kinetic.
Jean-Christophe has over 30 years of experience in global, regional and market HR leadership roles, spanning the Automotive, Healthcare and Food & Beverage industries at organisations such as PSA Peugeot Citroën, Roche, Bayer and Nestlé.
Throughout his career, he has developed outstanding strategic and operational leadership skills in the field of people strategy development and activation, transformation and change management, organisation and human capital development, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Kinetic Jean-Christophe was Chief Talent Officer for Nestlé.
