Gill Whitty-Collins joins Kinetic Consulting’s growing team of experienced senior leaders

This International Women’s Day we are delighted to announce that Gill Whitty-Collins will be joining Kinetic as part of our Strategy Consulting team. Gill brings 25+ years senior leadership experience with specific expertise in gender diversity.

Gill was previously Senior Vice President at P&G and is now on a mission to build better, stronger, gender-equal businesses, organisations and societies.

In her debut book Why Men Win at Work, Gill looks beyond the facts and figures on gender bias and uncovers the invisible discrimination that continues to sabotage us in the workplace and limits our shared success. Addressing both men and women, she sets out the psychology of gender diversity from the perspective of her personal experience and shares her powerful insights and workable advice on how to tackle the gender inequality issue.

The Sunday Times Magazine said Whitty-Collins sets out an almighty set of recommendations’. Gill now brings this almighty set of practical recommendations to Kinetic clients, in-line with our ongoing commitment to helping organisations leave a positive footprint.

In the webinar below, Will Hogg explores some of the key themes with Gill, as they discuss intervention points, approaches and why the issue of gender equality is a business imperative, not a vague ambition.

Gill is a wonderful professional with a great mix of successful experience, business savvy and good, challenging thinking. Combine this with her insightful, action focused approach to gender equality in business, Gill brings an invaluable perspective to the team.
