Two new additions to the Kinetic Leadership Team

Kinetic Consulting is delighted to announce two new additions to our Leadership team to help us continue our strong past 3 years of double digit business growth.

Edouard Spicher will take the leadership of our Strategy team. Prior to joining Kinetic Edouard held senior management roles in Nestlé, Fan Milk (a JV between Danone and Abraaj) and more recently African Improved Foods and has a strong track record of step changing the performance of FMCG businesses in both emerging and developed markets. He begun his professional life as an industrial engineer before moving into progressively more senior roles in Sales, Marketing and General Management. This unique mix of different functions gives Edouard a unique ability to work from inspiring vision to operational execution; thus perfectly reflecting Kinetic’s practitioner approach to Strategy.

Gemma Morgan, who will join us as leader of the Capability team, has 25 years’ international leadership experience across Business, Elite Sport and the Military. She has consulted across multiple industry sectors from Telecommunications, the NHS and the England and Wales Cricket Board. She began her career as an officer in the British Army and was the first woman to be awarded the Carmen Sword for leadership excellence. She is a former elite athlete and Captained the Welsh Lacrosse team. Today, Gemma is a Fellow of ILM and Master of NLP. She is called upon for expertise on a range of subjects including women in leadership, high performance culture, resilience and what it takes to build a high-performing team.
