A global technology business had defined its future-fit strategy but needed to change the mindset and competencies of its key leaders to deliver on those choices. Specifically, key decision makers needed to be more customer focused, agile and innovative.
Shared Vision
To design and execute a cutting-edge experiential learning program to help deliver against the strategy whilst attracting and retaining the best talent.
Feasible Plan
We articulated a set of competencies based on the new strategy and organisation values to win today as well as in the future. We then co-developed a unique, highly impactful leadership experience to bring those competencies to life. This won the Next Practice Award 2019 for learning excellence by The Institute of Corporate Productivity.
Capability to Deliver
The learning program gave participants the tools to diagnose the case for change and set a clear and inspiring vision. We co-created a high-performance learning culture and supported individual leadership development with coaching, pre-and-post workshop.
