To embed a more entrepreneurial way of operating across the global organisation of more than 30,000 employees, based on an updated set of corporate values. The target group includes a significant population of heritage employees from a new acquisition.
We developed a creative concept that brought to life the required change and enabled leaders to demonstrate how values drive action. This then formed the structure of a self-discovery learning map with interactive workshop exercises to cascade and embed the new way of operating throughout the entire company.
