Amy is a proven executive coach, business partner and functional HR leader. She has deep knowledge of commercial, field, finance, human resources, information technology, manufacturing and other supply chain workforces. Her experiences are a blend of 14 years in Management Consulting and 12 years inside industry in progressive experiences spanning HR Generalist, Regional / Global Talent and CHRO roles. Her work has been in a variety of industry sectors including professional services, life sciences, retail, manufacturing and consumer goods companies.
Organizational development experiences range from alignment to business strategy, operating model redesign / restructures, globalization, merger and acquisition, joint venture, new capability development, workforce sourcing, shared service implementation, talent management and large-scale capability / process / systems implementations.
