Bill’s leadership experience spans more than 20 years in the British Army, Procter & Gamble and Amer Sports. He has varied leadership experience from working with different cultures and across multiple mass and luxury consumer goods categories.
He has led regional and global Brand and Commercial teams on challenger brands, category leaders and portfolios with a track record of strong results and organisational capability building.
Bill specialises in combining his marketing and GTM expertise to renew brand and commercial strategies. As part of his last role he developed a consumer centered commercial model that blended the brand positioning, consumer engagement and on/offline channel needs to transform the brand’s interaction with consumers along the different steps of the purchase journey.
