During his tenure, he had multiple line roles in areas where he developed troubleshooting skills, operational excellence and the ability to perform organisational change diagnosis, leading to performance improvement. He is passionate about analysing data from multiple sources, extracting insights and developing strategies that transform organisations to deliver cultural change and breakthrough business results.
Gabriele is a mechanical engineer by degree and a certified professional coach. He is also a Supply Chain expert and is certified by the Japanese Institute of Planned Maintenance (JIPM).
