Until recently Gustavo led EMEA for Kimberly-Clark – their most diverse and rapidly growing region in international markets with a mix of mature, developing and emerging countries. In previous roles as VP of the Eastern Europe Region, Corporate Strategy, Developing and Emerging Markets and as Senior Director of Latin America Operations he empowered local leadership and transformed businesses. This expertise extended to M&A where he acquired a deep understanding of board dynamics.
