She was part of the team responsible for opening the P&G business in Russia, with a focus on identifying and reapplying distributor best practices. Isana complemented that experience with management roles in the UK, Belgium and Switzerland, leading sales operations and customer teams, and was VP at the $1.5 Billion Coty Professional Beauty Business.
