Experience
During his 30 years at Procter & Gamble, Jack’s roles included head of Human Resources for Holland, Canada, Global Expatriate Services, Global Engineering Division, and Global Recruiting, Training and Development.
Whilst at P&G, Jack was selected by the CEO, Edwin Artzt, to modernise worldwide recruiting to support 105,000 employees in 50+ countries. Years later, these recruiting systems are judged as best-in-class setting the mark for excellence.
Over the past 10 years, Jack has advised organisations with differing business models – small and large, various industries, private and public, for-profit and non-profit. Focused on mobilising and coaching CEOs on clarifying strategies and building the organization capability to execute them. Has also served as interim CHRO for Barilla America, Kona Brewing Company, and LSI Industries.
