Previously as BU leader, Jérôme has built eCommerce distribution solutions for global consumer goods brands (VANGUARD, Eschenbach) to compliment their offline set-up providing them with double digit sales growth.
Today Jerome helps mid-size companies in Europe to grow their B2B eCommerce sales by expanding their distribution and territory coverage with real-world, proven solutions.
He works with companies to assess their current business operating model, co-design the pricing strategy and the distribution partner selection across the European territory together with sales & marketing planning. Combined, this works to deliver short term growth, protecting the existing business whilst growing overall sales.
