John’s teams launched >200 new products & >50 Commercial/ Marketing innovation programs in local, regional & global roles from upstream design through in market execution.

John also led the redesign of Kellogg’s Innovation Process and global rollout designed and led over a dozen innovation and marketing training courses such Brand Manager College, Pernod-Ricard Innovation Process, Commercial Readiness, Inspirational Presenter, and Pringles Brand College.
