Kathleen has 35+ years’ experience in global and regional leadership roles based in both the US and Asia. She has led HR organisations in CGP Global Business Units, manufacturing, and retail sales including significant retail experience with key accounts, specifically Walmart.
Kathleen spent 30 years with Procter & Gamble and most recently was the Chief People Officer for a Private Equity based top 50 US Furniture Retailer. Kathleen has a track record for partnering with senior executives to build integrated organisation strategies that accelerate top and bottom-line business results. She possesses great command of retail and high commitment manufacturing systems across the globe.
