Lars has over 30 years experience across Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Sustainability Transformation from Tetra Pak. He has been based in several continents and successfully led and transformed local, regional and global teams and businesses.

He has driven sales growth, delivered major commercial transformation projects, developed the marketing function, implemented agile way of working in product development, led global product management processes, launched new product systems and integrated sustainability transformation into marketing.

In addition, Lars also brings extensive leadership experience deriving from working globally, with a proven positive track record of people management and development.
