Mike has 20+ years’ experience in leading and enabling long-term organisational transformation both across the private and public sectors in the UK.
Spending 10 years in HM Treasury he enabled the transformation of several publicly owned organisations through adoption of commercial partnerships, and then led post-merger integration of multiple organisations.
Mike has since delivered large-scale transformation, both from within organisations, and more recently since 2017, he set up and has led Bespoke Change, building a UK- based business that has successfully helped multiple clients to deliver sustainable change.
