Nicolas has over 20 years of international experience in General Management, Sales and Marketing roles with L’Oréal Professional Products Division.
He has held local, regional and global responsibilities, leading multi-cultural teams across Europe, North America and Asia and managing legacy as well as new ‘digital native’ brands.
Nicolas brings a deep understanding on how to design effective commercial organisations, integrate digital innovation and build brands with B2B and B2B2C distribution models.
He has been working as independent consultant since 2021 and joined Kinetic in 2022.
