Sharon has 28 years leadership experience at Procter & Gamble across multiple international businesses, with responsibility for executive development, organisation effectiveness, talent management, organisation design and transformation.
As an I/O psychologist, she is experienced with assessment development and application, ranging from a plant technician selection battery to creating a leadership assessment center, and using a range of commercial assessments to support coaching, development, and team effectiveness.
Sharon is a certified professional coach with many years experience coaching and advising leaders at all levels.
