Shawn has over three decades of global human resource leadership experience in leading the HR function, global and regional leadership including talent and organizational capability CoE, for Citi, Bristol-Myers Squibb, The Hershey Company, Kellogg, and Cardinal Health. He was the first Chief People Officer for the Beauty Industry Group and is consulting as an interim CHRO role for a PE backed company.
