Tim has more than 33 years of international leadership experience in General Management, Brand Management and Consulting roles for leading blue-chip organisations such as Procter & Gamble, Scottish & Newcastle, Playtex and L’Oreal. He has led European, African and Middle Eastern as well as country specific teams in established and emerging categories.

Tim has also been involved in multiple M&A projects leading the integration of ‘acquired’ and ‘acquiring’ companies and won many marketing industry awards.

He has been with Kinetic since 2014 where he combines consulting with the role of Operations Director.
