Tim has more than 30 years of international experience in Information Technology leadership in eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale, and Distribution leading blue chip organisations such as Ralph Lauren & The Walt Disney Company.

He has led European, Asia Pacific & Global teams in defining and implementing business value driven, consumer centric and operational digital transformations e.g. partnering with a Marketing function to build cloud-based customer segmentation & analytics that enabled the Retail business to reduce promotional communication activity, maintain sales and improve margin by 2-3%.

Tim has also been successfully involved in multiple M&A projects, leading all aspects the IT integration process.
