Simone has over 20 years’ of experience in global and regional HR leadership and Business Partnering roles, spanning multiple contexts and structures – private & not-for-profit sectors; start-up & conglomerate; matrix, functional, product, geographic; consulting, Oil&Gas, and Chemical industries. Simone has breadth and depth in all areas of HR practices.
She has lead global HR functions, HR due-diligence and M&A processes, and organisational transitions. Fascinated by systems, culture and human nature, Simone also trained as an individual and team coach, and chooses to specialise in Organisational Development, Team Dynamics and Performance, Leadership and Resilience. Prior to joining Kinetic she was Global Head of HR at Puma Energy International.
