Historically highly decentralised, a family-owned multinational set out to become a much stronger global player in Oral Care. Doing so required a more coordinated way of working and elevating Marketing into true business leadership roles with consumers at the centre.

The outcome included an aligned allocation of work to global vs. local, with recommendations on structure, capability and priority setting – both for the current business and for innovation.
