Experience
Alejandro is a senior executive with over 25 years of international experience in finance, strategy and general management. He has held key positions across Nestlé’s global operations, including Regional CFO roles in the Adriatic, Southern Africa, and Ukraine, as well as Global Food Controller at Nestlé’s headquarters in Switzerland.
He has led major business transformations, from post-merger integrations and divestitures to compliance overhauls and regional restructurings. Known for his strategic acumen and ability to build high-performing teams, he notably led operations during wartime, ensuring business continuity, employee safety and strong financial performance across 11 countries.
Before joining Kinetic Consulting, Alejandro served as Regional CFO for Nestlé’s South Eastern European Region.
