Ali helps companies grow their sales by developing Route-to-Market strategies, building sales capability, and driving flawless execution. He has deep knowledge and expertise in emerging and developing markets across Europe, Middle East and Africa, with on-the-ground experience in leading winning businesses and organisations.

Experience

Prior to joining Kinetic, Ali worked in Procter & Gamble for 20 years, during which time he has developed extensive expertise in Distributor Management and Sales Capability.

Ali has worked in regional roles across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with first hand experience in leading the winning Go-to-Market operations in developing markets, such as Pakistan and Nigeria. Ali’s last role in P&G before joining Kinetic was Associate Director for Distributor Operations and Sales Capability for Europe and IMEA regions.

While in Kinetic, Ali has worked with clients in developing and executing both their corporate and route to market strategy, and build their capabilities at leadership and functional levels.
