Experience
Celine has 25+ years of international experience in the corporate, not-for-profit and consulting environments – at Procter & Gamble, IDH The Sustainable Trade Initiative and Ernst & Young respectively.
She has held global and regional leadership roles at Procter & Gamble in procurement, where she led the implementation of innovative sourcing models. As P&G’s APAC sustainability leader, she contributed to shifting P&G’s approach from compliance and philanthropy to an integrated business strategy. As the Chief Operating Officer for the not-for-profit organisation IDH, she led the change towards higher impact and efficiency, and partnerships with governments, businesses and NGOs.
Celine is recognised for her pragmatic and business driven approach and for her drive to see sustainability as a source of innovation and creativity.
