Dennis has over three decades of global experience serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at The Walt Disney Company, Kellogg, Scripps Networks Interactive and NXP Semiconductors. Earlier, he held senior executive roles at P&G in the U.K. and the U.S. Dennis has also worked with major Private Equity firms such as Bain Capital, Hellman & Friedman, The Carlyle Group, AEA Investors and Sun Capital Partners.
Dennis has a business focused mind-set and is known for his ability to quickly assess situations, develop plans for improvement and execute with pace. He brings a pragmatic yet bold leadership presence to the C-Suite environment and has significant experience coaching CEO’s and their leadership teams.
