Diane has 25+ years international leadership experience across multiple industries working for DB Schenker, C&A Europe, Toyota Motor Europe (TME) and Toyota / Toyota Financial Services, USA.

At global and pan-European levels, Diane was responsible for end-to-end Talent Management, Executive through Employee Development, Customer Experience and held HR Business Partner roles for C-Levels.

Multiple “firsts” have been established under her leadership: DB Schenker’s global competency, talent identification and succession framework, global on-boarding programs and the Toyota Academy at TME.

Diane’s certifications in Toyota’s lean and problem-solving methodologies provide expertise in process improvements across all business areas with embedded customer focus.
