Dominick is an accomplished senior human resources executive with a proven track record of implementing executive compensation programs, total rewards plans and HR systems that improved the business results at large global businesses across diverse industries.

He has held executive positions with some of the world’s most successful and iconic companies including: Apple, The Walt Disney Company, Dell and Xerox. Dominick started his career as a consultant in KPMG’s New York City office where he provided executive compensation and benefits design, tax, and SEC consulting services to C-suite executives at large global clients, such as Texaco, Citibank and PepsiCo.

Dominick is highly effective at working with members of the Board of Directors and senior executives, providing them with creative as well as pragmatic solutions in meeting the strategic business and human resource challenges facing their organizations.

His technical expertise in benefits, accounting, tax and HR systems was utilized as an executive committee member for the Benefits Administration and Investment Committees at Apple, Disney and Dell. The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors at these companies delegated fiduciary responsibility for healthcare, pension and 401k program designs as well as investment decisions to these committees.
