Federico has more than 20 years of experience in blue-chip and start-up environments, combining senior business leadership with consulting across leadership, organisation and capability development.
As a consultant, he works with senior leaders and leadership teams through growth and transformation, with a focus on leadership effectiveness, organisation design, strategy enablement and capability building.
As COO of Kinetic Consulting, he works across strategy, business performance, operating model and organisational effectiveness, bringing a practitioner’s perspective to the problems he helps clients solve.
His career began in finance, which grounds his reading of business performance and of how organisational choices show up in results.
