James is a supply chain and operations leader with over 20 years’ experience in commercial strategy and business transformation. A former Amazon Category Leader and independent consultant, he has delivered measurable cost savings, profitability gains, and operational improvements across manufacturing, retail, logistics, eCommerce, and FMCG.
He has held senior roles spanning commercial strategy, negotiation consulting, and category leadership, advising clients on supply chain design, category development, and cost optimisation. His work in freight and logistics has improved visibility and efficiency, generating multimillion-pound savings. James is also a former British Army Officer.
