Jane’s experience spans 20 Years across multiple industries at Kellogg, eos, L’Oreal, Nars Cosmetics & Multiple CPG/ Beauty Startups.
Jane earned her PhD in Neuroscience at Harvard University and is championing the application of neuroscience and neurosensory techniques to develop stronger and more memorable brand products and experiences in CPG.
At Kellogg’s she led the Mental Wellness, Strength & Energy & Breakthrough Innovation platforms plus Global Brand Marketing & Innovation Strategy for Special K and Pringles. Jane has also served as CMO at progressive startups such as Jetson Health and OneSkin, a high-growth, cutting-edge biotech and beauty care brand.
She is known as a pioneering trend and disruptions thinker and an expert in identifying consumer Jobs to be Done and applying them across both product innovation, brand communications, and sales promotion.
