Jean-Christophe has over 30 years of experience in global, regional and market HR leadership roles, spanning across the Automotive, Healthcare and Food & Beverage industries (PSA Peugeot Citroën, Roche, Bayer and Nestlé).
He has developed outstanding strategic and operational leadership skills in the field of people strategy development and activation, transformation and change management, organization and human capital development, and merger and acquisitions. Prior to joining Kinetic, he was Chief Talent Officer for Nestlé.
