Experience
Kate’s leadership experience foundation was in the British Army where, following her training at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, she led men and women on operations in Iraq / Afghanistan as a Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineer officer.
Throughout her career she nurtured the leadership qualities of her young officers, officer cadets and soldiers and was responsible for multi-million pound equipment support operations.
