Laurent is a seasoned supply chain executive with extensive experience across major corporations and private equity-backed companies. His career spans senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, LVMH, Coty, Shiseido, and Estée Lauder as well as PE-backed FMCG brands supported by firms like Advent and TSG.
Throughout his career, Laurent has demonstrated significant expertise in developing supply chain platforms that drive brand growth and operational efficiency. He has designed and developed multiple successful organisations, agile supply networks and processes, building on his end-to-end and global experiences.
Prior to joining Kinetic, Laurent served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Orveon Global, an Advent International portfolio company. He is recognised as a change agent, an innovative leader and as an empathic partner to commercial and brand teams valuing D&EI and collaboration.
