Mauricio has more than 27 years of international leadership experience in General Management, Brand Management, Capability Building and Innovation roles for leading blue chip organisations such as Procter & Gamble, Kimberly Clark, Mead Johnson and Ontex.

He has held Global, Regional and Country specific P&L and Innovation roles across the US, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Australia with expertise that spans on Laundry, Cleaning, Baby, Adult and Beauty Care categories.

Mauricio has led M&A all the way from negotiation, due diligence and TSA to integration of the new company.
