Michael has 28 years of experience in finance transformation, business strategy and supply chain optimisation, consistently delivering profitable growth and operational efficiency for Procter & Gamble’s multi-national businesses.
He led eCommerce efforts, steering the European strategy, redesigning the Joint Business Model with Amazon and overseeing the launch of Braun’s first DTC store. He managed Braun’s Global innovation masterplan and transformed the pricing and contract strategy for the Global Distributor & Travel Retail Fragrance business.
Michael also drove internal business process improvements, including leading a Corporate Forecasting transition and establishing Wella’s supply chain savings programme. He has implemented capability-building programmes in financial analysis, governance, and people management.
