Peter's worldwide experience with the British Army make him a critical member of the Capability team, holding us to the highest standards of delivery. His expertise is in training and mentoring leaders on a one-to-one and group basis.
Experience
After rising through the ranks of the British Army with significant worldwide operational experience, Peter was selected to instruct Officer Cadets at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was further selected as one of the very few Warrant Officers across the Army to return to the Royal Military Academy as a Company Serjeant Major, responsible for the training and personal development of over 300 young Officer Cadets.
After leaving the Army with the rank of Major, Peter was engaged as a special forces instructor in a Middle Eastern State.
