Rick’s corporate experience spans more than 20 years in Marketing and Commercial roles in blue-chip FMCG organisations. He has been responsible for 18 markets in Northern Europe, South East Asia and North America, living in 5 countries to date.
He has been involved in a number of M&A projects, leading commercial business cases, integration of acquired organisations and building “best of both” teams post integration.
Rick brings a wealth of experience leading commercial teams across multiple categories and markets. Leveraging a data driven approach together with a broad toolkit of practical best in class processes he has a track record for driving step change results in areas of growth, return on investment, and team development.
