Experience
Robert has 30+ years’ experience in senior operational and strategic leadership roles at P&G in East & Western Europe, North America and Asia in global, regional and local roles. Prior to joining Kinetic Robert was Vice President, Global Hair Care.
Robert is an out-of-the-box problem solver; trained in disruptive innovation. He brings a track record for delivering results, building iconic brands, leading organisations and turning around businesses in distress.
Further to his corporate leadership roles, Robert has been involved in several M&A projects and scale-ups together with extensive involvement in FMCG, Luxury and MedTech start-ups as a founder and strategic advisor. He is currently an entrepreneur in residence & guest lecturer for the Rotterdam School of Management at the Erasmus University.
