Experience
Steph brings over 20 years of international expertise in HR, marketing communications, and arts-based experiential learning. Early in her career, she established HR Service Centres for IBM and DuPont.
As a visual artist, facilitator, and acclaimed speaker, she has mastered visual storytelling and team building. Her passion for public speaking propelled her to the TEDx stage in 2015 and to winning Toastmasters awards in 2021 and beyond.
In 2011, Steph launched Collaborative Art® to foster team cohesion and capabilities through art. Her blend of artistic flair, speaking ability, and HR expertise make her unique at enhancing team communication, creativity, and effectiveness.
