Tony is an international finance and operations executive who specialises in strategy formulation, change management and organisational restructuring.
Experience
Tony has over 35 years of international experience with blue-chip multinationals such as Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies where he held various senior executive positions and was responsible for regional and global organisations. His functional experience spans from finance, strategic planning, alliance, operational and general management.
For the past ten years he has been delivering training globally, has designed various workshops (in areas such as leadership, strategy & finance) and developed customised training solutions for a number of large European based multinationals.
Born and raised in Kobe, Japan, Tony has extensive experience working in Japan, Thailand, the US and Europe managing both local and global organisations.
